WHAT IS LYNTRIS?
Lyntris unifies Accelint Holdings and Vitesse Systems under a single name. The companies have operated under common ownership, with sensing hardware, mission software, and AI developed in coordination. Lyntris is the formal introduction of that combined capability as one brand.
Accelint's depth in mission systems, AI-enabled decision support, autonomy, and command-and-control. Vitesse's strength in high-performance sensing hardware, RF technologies, thermal management, and subsystem integration. Together, they cover the full mission chain: from sensing and intelligence to critical action and sustained readiness.
The name is new. The work isn't.

Accelint and Vitesse have been solving adjacent problems for the same customers in the same environments for years. Accelint on the software and mission systems side, Vitesse on the hardware side. This combination puts both under one roof, with teams that already understand what each side needs from the other.
Together, Lyntris has active roles across more than 200 defense programs, 700+ qualified designs in production, and teams that have been embedded alongside operators for decades.
The new name reflects our long-standing commitment: to connect awareness to action across the full mission chain — faster, more integrated, and more responsive than either company could deliver alone.
